Since December 2021, We have been photographing the friends, family, and neighbours who visit our house.

It’s a rolling project for posterity; for the serendipity of capturing someone who doesn’t usually stand for a portrait; for fun, and for the hope that these simple, honest pictures will capture the people we love as they grow and change.

The whole thing started simply because we had a lighting setup in the front room for the kids' passport photos. A sheet on a pole, an old flash head, and a tatty soft box were all we needed. When some friends visited later that day, we took their pictures—because we love taking pictures. After that, it became a ritual: people would visit, we’d set up the gear, and we'd take their pictures too.

So, if you've had your picture taken with us, thank you. We’ll probably do it again next time you’re over!
